Take Ownership End-to-End: You like owning a problem from user interview to solution and don’t stop at the first “it works on my machine”.
Build and Iterate Fast: You’re comfortable shipping small improvements weekly, learning from customers and data, and adjusting quickly.
Communicate Clearly: You share context, ask direct questions, and give & receive feedback without ego.
Care About Impact: You want your work to show up in dashboards, completion rates and real performance improvements, not only in slide decks.

About Aristotl

Aristotl is an AI-powered learning platform. We transform long manuals, slide decks and traditional e-learning into 5–10 minute micro-modules, quizzes and immersive scenarios that fit into the workday and drive measurable impact. Our initial markets are Benelux and DACH, with a clear path to broader European expansion.

We closed our first investment round in August 2025 and are currently looking to expand our team with ambitious and driven people. We are currently working with four people (2 founders and 2 developers) and are actively looking to expand to a 5 - 7 person team.
